An advanced research course in which students design and execute an empirical research study related to conditioning and learning. Includes data collection, quantitative data analysis, and presentation in an APA style research report. Linked to PSYC 300W.

A survey of behavioral psychology and animal learning that emphasizes classical and operant conditioning.

PSYC 300W: Experimental Psychology
A research course in experimental psychological research. I teach this class from a behavior analytic perspective. Topics include interobserver agreement, graphing single-subject data, and research ethics in behavior analysis. Linked to PSYC 491A in Spring 2024.

PSYC 413: Advanced Conditioning and LearningA discussion-based course. Provides a contemporary survey of theories of learning with an emphasis on animal models and applications to human behavior change.
