Ashley Martinez
Ashley Martinez is a senior at CSU East Bay majoring in Psychology. She is a member of the GANAS program, vice president of the Psi Chi International Honors Society, Center for Student Research, and Louis Stokes Alliances For Minority Participation Program. Ashley's research interests include understanding what antecedents may “trigger” problem behavior and what consequences may reinforce (reward) it. Another of her research interests is what factors contribute to criminal delinquency. Ashley plans to go to graduate school for clinical psychology with an emphasis in legal/forensic psychology.

Leilani Randolph
Leilani Randolph is a junior majoring in Psychology. She is still discovering her research interests as a first-time RA; however, currently, she is looking into the concept of "gamification" and its various applications to behavior analysis. While still in undergrad, Leilani intends to enroll in a second Kinesiology major to expand her graduate school options. She is pursuing direct training and experience in research, clinical psychology, and exercise modalities.

Matthew Baker
Matthew is currently in his second year at CSU East Bay, where he is working towards a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. As a proud Veteran of the United States Coast Guard, he is eager to contribute as a research assistant, aiming to gain valuable experience in the field that will enable him to conduct innovative research that can potentially benefit his fellow veterans. Matthew's academic path is geared towards pursuing a PhD in Psychology, where he can delve into both clinical and research aspects, continuing his commitment to serving others, a dedication he developed during his time in the military.

Collin Bessette
Collin Bessette is a Senior at Cal State East Bay majoring in Psychology. After graduating in the spring of 2024, Collin plans to further his education by exploring both masters and doctoral programs in Clinical Psychology. He hopes to eventually pursue a career in therapy and conducting research to further his understanding on how to become a better therapist. For now, his goal is to learn as much about to the research process as he can before moving forward to graduate school.

Sean Kotta
Sean Kotta is a junior transfer student majoring in Psychology at Cal State East Bay. In an effort to explore what the major has to offer, Sean has taken an interest in participating in research for the university's QAB lab as an assistant.

Nadya Naranjo
Nadya Naranjo is a Junior majoring in Psychology at Cal State East Bay. Research has been a newfound interest for Nadya, particularly behavioral addiction, and is excited to find what types she would enjoy pursuing. Her goal is to pursue a Master's degree within the field of Psychology/Education, but is still considering her options.

Hi, my name is Ezekiel Torres and I’m a sophomore at Cal State East Bay majoring in Psychology B.A. I am part of PASA (Pilipinx American Student Association) and an aspiring student researcher who is finding out what kind of research interests me the most. I am planning on going to Medical school or getting a Master’s degree in psychology after I graduate.
